This is an update to the problems we have been experiencing today following the outage at one of our data centres this morning.

We are now fairly confident that all customer-facing problems have now been addressed or are in the process of being fixed. There is still some work to do behind the scenes, and there is still the potential for some unidentified residual problems to arise so we're going to leave Service Status at 'amber' until tomorrow to allow us time to monitor the situation.

We would like to thank customers for their patience and will provide another update tomorrow.
