When's this work happening?
Over the next couple of days. The first two stages of the work will take place between 7.00am and 9.00am on both Wednesday and Thursday morning. The final stage of the work will take place at 4.00pm Thursday afternoon. We're taking a phased approach to allow us sufficient time to monitor the effect of each individual change.

What does it affect?
Broadband traffic prioritisation.

How long will it take?
About half an hour in total, assuming we don't encounter any problems.

What does the work involve?
We will be making a number of configuration changes intended for improving the signature detection of our traffic management systems. If successful these changes will also allow us to free up memory by removing a number of settings that will be made redundant.

Is it likely to cause problems?
No, it shouldn't do.

Is there anything else I need to know?
We will need to reload our traffic management switches during the final stage of this work. If this causes problems, or if we encounter any other issues as part of this work, then we will post another announcement nearer the time.

Kind Regards,
