We're currently investigating a problem which has led to a number of customers losing connectivity.

Customers affected by this may be seeing BT Wholesale error pages. If you are experiencing these issues we'd advise you to power down your modem/router for 20 minutes before attempting to reconnect.

We'll continue to work on this issue and will post further updates shortly.
