What does the work involve?
We're changing the virtual routing for a number of customers on our network. This is to help alleviate a recent problem that has been identified with congestion on some of our core network interfaces. This problem is thought to be contributing to some of the recent speed and performance complaints that have been reported during peak times.

Is it likely to cause problems?
No.

Is there anything else I need to know?
You may notice changes to the naming convention used in some of the early hops when running a traceroute from your computer.
