When's this work happening?
Now, Sunday 15th November.

What does it affect?
Broadband Connectivity.

How long will it take?
Up to an hour.

What does the work involve?
Due to an issue identified on one of our gateways, PCL-AG03, we are going to perform some emergency maintenance on this.

Is it likely to cause problems?
During the maintenance some customers may find they are temporarily disconnected from the Internet. You should be able to reconnect straight away.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Any customers having problems connecting once the maintenance is complete are advised to switch off their equipment for 30 minutes before attempting to reconnect.
