We'll have an engineer on site all day.

What does the work involve?
We are increasing the capacity of the load balancers at one of our London data centres by replacing two of the load balancers with upgraded machines. This is being done to as part of the ongoing work to resolve the network performance problems that some customers have been experiencing.

Is it likely to cause problems?
There will be a small blip in connectivity to some services including our anti-spam platform and DNS servers. It's unlikely that you'll notice any interruption in service.

Is there anything else I need to know?
No.
