Increase in 21CN (ADSL2+) Capacity - Tuesday 2nd February 9.00am-Midday
Network Capacity (ADSL2+/21CN)
Posted on: Monday 1 February 2010, 17:55
Tomorrow morning, 1st February.
What does it affect?
Available bandwidth on our 21CN (ADSL2+) platform.
How long will it take?
About thirty minutes.
What does the work involve?
We've had some new 21CN host links installed at one of our London data centres. In order to make use of the first 100Mbps of additional bandwidth this offers, we need to make some RADIUS server changes.
Is it likely to cause problems?
No, it shouldn't do although customers on the 21CN network will now be able to connect to another gateway (THN-AG1).
Is there anything else I need to know?
In the last capacity increase announcement we mentioned that customers on the 21CN network would be able to connect to the gateway known as PCL-AG02. This is no longer the case and customers on the 21CN platform will connect via one of the three gateways THN-AG1, THN-AG2 or PCL-AG04.
Kind Regards,
