Outgoing email issues (61044) - NEW

We have become aware of an issue affecting our outbound email (relay) platform.
Customers have been receiving 'error 451' as a result of these issues.
Our network engineers have temporarily removed the affected servers from the network in order to apply a fix for this issue. This will also have resolved the 451 error and there should be no further disruption to the service.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update this issue as soon as any more information is available.
