Home Phone faults platform currently down (61027) - UPDATE

This is an update to the previously posted issue regarding problems with the Home Phone faults platform.

Our suppliers have been in contact with the software vendor and are now planning to reboot the platform, which they believe should resolve the issue.

The platform reboot should be complete by this evening.

We apologise for the continuing inconvenience and will update this post as soon as any more information is available.
