Connectivity to a number of services at one of our data centres failed at approximately 4am this morning.
Our network engineers are working to on the problem as a priority, however customers may still be experiencing problems with certain services. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
* Delays updating the broadband usage reporting tool available on our website.
* Slow access to our Community Site and Discussion Forums.
* Missing customer webstats for yesterday.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will post another update as soon as any more information becomes available.
