Further to yesterday's update. We have had to drop some data so customers may see less data than they expected over the last few days. Usage after 11pm on 19th January is still being processed, usage prior to this may not be complete but no additional usage for this period is now going to be processed and added to accounts.

Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.

We will update this service status tomorrow.
