When's this work happening?
Early Monday morning, 10th October.

What does it affect?
Broadband connectivity.

How long will it take?
Up to five hours.

What does the work involve?
BT will be performing a software upgrade on the Broadband Ethernet Aggregator at one of our main interconnect sites.

Am I likely to notice the work?
Quite possibly. BT have advised us that some of our broadband customers may suffer a full loss of service at 2:00am for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Is there anything else I need to know?
If you continue to experience problems once the maintenance is complete then please try powering off your modem/router for 20 minutes before switching it back on and attempting to reconnect.
