This is an update to this morning's post about the intermittent problems you may have been experiencing collecting your email or accessing our Webmail platform.

We have identified the cause of this morning's problems and a temporary fix has been put in place. You should now be able to access your email as normal, however further remedial work is required so there may be further interruptions in service as our engineers continue working on the problem.

We'll leave this service status thread open for monitoring and will provide another update later this afternoon.
