This is an update to this afternoon's post about the problems sending,receiving and collecting email, including access to our Webmail platform.

The problem is still evident and customers are likely to encounter problems trying to access their email. Our engineers continue to work on the problem as a priority and we'll provide another update later this evening.

Problems you may be encountering include:

* Timeouts, session or IMAP errors when attempting to access our Webmail platform. You may also be presented with a CAPTCHA verification image when trying to login that you wouldn't normally see.

* When collecting or sending email via standalone email applications, you may experience timeouts, connection terminations or authentication errors.

* Other people sending email to your address may encounter errors or receive failed delivery reports.
