This is an update to this afternoon's post regarding loss of broadband connectivity.

Our suppliers have identified the cause of the problem and are currently in the process of re-routing traffic across their network. Some customers may still be struggling to get back online. This problem is affecting a number of Internet service providers.

We'll provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
