In regards to the outage that was affecting many 21CN lines earlier this evening, the majority of customers have now reconnected from 22:50 onwards.
If you are still experiencing issues regarding connectivity, then please reconfigure your router with your broadband settings.
Our suppliers are still investigating the cause of this issue and will be advising when the issue has been resolved as soon as possible.
