This is an update to the posts about the problem affecting some customers' ability to browse webpages and use other Internet applications.

Our network engineers have now placed a 'drain' on the affected gateway. This will prevent any new connections to the affected gateway though existing connections to the gateway will remain in place.

If you're currently suffering from this problem then we suggest you try logging into your router configuration pages and try disconnecting and reconnecting from there.

Unless there are any further issues we'll next update this post once we've been able to investigate the problem in full.
