Regional Engineering Appointment Delays - Resolved

We have received an update from BT Openreach about the MBORC (Matter Beyond Our Reasonable Control) they declared recently across certain areas of the country. These MBORC announcements are to notify us of provision appointment availability delays and repair activities due to recent bouts of severe weather.

A copy of the notice is as follows:

"We have been working hard to bring service back to the levels they were at before the storm and we are now pleased to be able to remove MBORC for provision appointment availability delays and repair activities from all remaining areas, as detailed below, with effect from 23:59 Tuesday 19 November 2013:

We are now able to remove MBORC for provision appointment availability delays from the following areas:

Cambridge
Colchester and Ipswich
Hemel
Southend
Romford
East Downs
Central Downs
West Downs (including the Isle of Wight)
Esher
Croydon
Crayford
Bournemouth
Guildford


We are now able to remove MBORC for repair activities from the following areas:

Cambridge
Colchester and Ipswich
Hemel
Southend
Romford
East Downs
Central Downs
West Downs (including the Isle of Wight)
Esher
Croydon
Crayford

With the removal of these remaining areas, MBORC will now be closed."
