When's this work happening?
From 8am Saturday morning.

What does it affect?
Calls to/from our support centre.

How long will it take?
Around an hour and a half.

What does the work involve?
We're switching over to a new internal telephone system.

Am I likely to notice the work?
Yes, you won't be able to call our support team during the maintenance window, calls to us will result in engaged or dead tones. Our support team will also be unable to call out during these times.

Is there anything else I need to know?
This is part of the work to allow us to bring our new support centre in Leeds online.
