When's this work happening?
Overnight tonight into tomorrow morning.

What does it affect?
Calls to/from our support centre.

How long will it take?
Around seven hours.

What does the work involve?
We're performing some maintenance and applying a number of upgrades to our internal phone platform.

Am I likely to notice the work?
You may do, yes. For around an hour and a half during the maintenance window our usual call menus won't be working, though calls will be routed to our support agents as normal.
