This is an update to the earlier post regarding some customers seeing packet loss on their connections.

This seems to be isolated to customers the gateway known as PCL-AG02. If you're experiencing problems with packet loss then you can try logging into your router and disconnecting/reconnecting.

We're continuing to investigate this issue and will provide a further update later today.
