We're looking in to a problem with one of our gateway routers, this is resulting in customers seeing sporadic packet loss and slow speeds.

This seems to be isolated to customers the gateway known as PTW-AG01. If you're experiencing problems with packet loss then you can try logging into your router and disconnecting/reconnecting.

We're continuing to investigate this issue and will provide a further update later today.
