Broadband Performance Issues (79445) - UPDATE

This is an update to the earlier post regarding some customers seeing packet loss on their connections when connected to PTW-AG01

This gateway is back in service and customers should be able to use the Internet as normal. We'll keep this service status open overnight to monitor.
