When's this work happening?
In the early hours of tomorrow morning, Wednesday 19th February.

How long will this take?
Around 30 minutes.

What does it affect?
The telephone system our Customer Support centre uses to answer incoming calls.

What does the work involve?
We're configuring the network on which our phone systems rely on to resolve an ongoing issue.

Am I likely to notice the work?
You may do, yes. There may be an outage of up to half an hour between 1am and 2am on the Wednesday morning, and if you are waiting to speak to one of our advisors shortly after 1am your call may be dropped and you will need to call back.
