Broadband connectivity/Phone System (79818/79821) - RESOLVED

This is an update to the earlier post regarding customers not being able to access websites or use other internet based services.

Our engineers have identified the issue and service is now restored.

The problem causing our customer support phone system to be unavailable has also been resolved.
