Broadband connectivity (79818) - UPDATE

This is an update to last night's post regarding some customers not being able to access websites or use other internet based services.

We are still receiving sporadic reports of customers experiencing this issue. Our network engineers are continuing to investigate and work on the issue.

We'll provide a further update later today.
