We've been made aware that some customers are experiencing some problems when trying to access certain online services, this may be most noticeable when using streaming websites.

The cause has been identified and our engineers are working to resolve this asap.

If you're experiencing these issues then a single disconnect/reconnect from within your router may resolve this for you.
