Broadband Connectivity (80327)

We've become aware of a problem at around 4.40pm this afternoon that has caused a number of our broadband customers to be disconnected from the internet.

We've seen the majority of these customers already reconnect, however if you're still having problems reconnecting we advise you to log into your router interface and click connect.
