Broadband Connectivity (80994) - RESOLVED

This is an update to yesterday's post about issues regarding a number of our 20CN broadband customers being disconnected from the internet.

The cause has been identified and resolved and no further problems have been seen.

If you're still having difficulties connecting then we suggest that you log into your router and try connecting manually from the settings pages.
