We've become aware of an issue affecting card payments made through our website or through our internal systems. This same issue is also affecting the addition of new card details.

Customers attempting to make a payment or add new card details via our website are currently seeing a white screen or an error message. Our support team are also having the same issue.

We're currently investigating and will update this post as soon as any more information is available.

We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.
