DNS resolution issues (81015) - UPDATE

This is an update to yesterday's post regarding an issue where customers may be experiencing intermittent DNS lookup issues at peak times when trying to access websites or use other Internet based services.

Our network engineers are continuing to investigate this issue and we will provide an update as soon as any more information becomes available.
