DNS resolution issues (81015) - UPDATE

This is an update to yesterday's post regarding an issue where customers may be experiencing intermittent DNS look-up issues at peak times when trying to access websites or use other Internet based services.

Our network engineers have been investigating a solution for this and we'll be implementing some changes this evening.

We'll provide a further update tomorrow.
