DNS resolution issues (81015) - UPDATE

This is an update to the recent posts regarding an issue where customers may be experiencing intermittent DNS look-up issues at peak times when trying to access websites or use other Internet based services.

Our network engineers made some changes early this morning to try and improve performance of the DNS platform.

Sorry that we didn't provide prior notice of this work.
