DNS resolution issues (81015) - UPDATE

This is an update to the recent posts regarding an issue where customers may be experiencing intermittent DNS look-up issues at peak times when trying to access websites or use other Internet based services.

Following the network changes yesterday we saw a marked improvement in DNS requests from that area of the network. We've now updated the remaining sites with the same improvements.

We'll monitor the platform tonight and provide an update tomorrow.
