DNS resolution issues (81015) - UPDATE

This is an update to the recent posts regarding an issue where customers may be experiencing intermittent DNS look-up issues at peak times when trying to access websites or use other Internet based services.

After we completed the improvements across our DNS platform we've seen significant performance benefits. We're going to continue to monitor how this is performing over the weekend with a view to closing off this service status early next week.
