Broadband Connectivity Problem (81990) - UPDATE

This is an update to the yesterday's post about issues affecting a number of our broadband customers being disconnected from the internet.

Our network engineers have identified and resolved the cause of this and no further problems have been seen.

If you're still having difficulties connecting then we suggest that you log into your router and try connecting manually from the settings pages. We will keep this Service Status open whilst we continue to get customers back online.
