Broadband Connectivity (82670) - UPDATE

This is an update to our previous posts about connectivity problems affecting a large number of customers.

Whilst we're seeing reports that some customers have been able to reconnect our network engineers are still continuing to investigate the issue.

If you are struggling to connect to the Internet then please try powering off your modem or router for an hour or so before powering it back up and attempting to re-establish a connection to the Internet.

A further update will be posted tomorrow morning.
