Broadband Connectivity (82816) - UPDATE

This is an update to our previous post about connectivity problems affecting a large number of customers.

The problems have now been resolved and we have seen almost all customers reconnect to the service although we are continuing to monitor this.

We are aware that as the network comes back into balance over the coming few hours some customers may experience slow connection speeds. If you believe you have been affected by this please try powering down your router for one hour before powering it back up to re-establish a connection.

A further update will be posted later this afternoon.
