This is an update to the overnight posts regarding customers being unable to connect to the Internet.

The majority of customers are now back online but we're still receiving calls where people are unable to connect.

If you're still unable to connect please follow the instructions at www.plus.net/reboot - you should be able to view this site from any internet connection, including mobile browsers.
