Broadband Connectivity Problems - 88140 (New)

We are aware of an issue where some customers may have lost connectivity around 15:30 today. These users should reconnect normally however if they are having issues, in the first instance, log into the router and click "connect". If the issue persists, please reboot the hardware once.
