We're currently experiencing some issues with our TR069 platform.

Any new customers plugging in their router for the first time will not be able to connect to the internet automatically and will need to configure their router manually.

This also means any password changes made at the moment will not take effect.

We're currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.

In the meantime we advise to avoid factory resetting your router and to power it down and back up again. Failing this you may wish to log into the router to ensure that your login details are entered correctly.
