No access to internet TV channels - UPDATE (88305)

Currently at the moment we are aware of an issue where some customers are not able to receive their internet TV channels through their Youview from Plusnet set top box.

We have investigated this issue and all channels should return after 1am on the 08/10/2015. Alternatively to receive the channels back sooner you can perform a manual software update.
