This is an update to our previous post regarding issues with automated router setup (TR069).

Unfortunately we've experienced a further issue where automated setup is causing only a partial username to be entered into the router settings.

Any password changes should now take effect and be automatically updated as normal. However following this you may need to log in to the router and update your login details manually.
