We have been advised that these issues have now been resolved.

If you are still unable to get online and rebooting the router does not resolve this, please continue through normal troubleshooting here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/bbfaults/ and raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net if troubleshooting does not resolve the problem.
