We're currently aware of an issue affecting some customers where they may seem to be connected but are unable to access online services or websites.

Any customers affected by this should be able to rectify the problem with a single disconnect/reconnect.


We're really sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible, and we'll provide an update later today.
