This is an update to the earlier post regarding some customers experiencing data transfer issues when trying to access online services or websites.

We've taken steps to stop this issue impacting more customers and will continue to investigate the root cause.

If you're experiencing problems trying to access websites or services, please try a single disconnect/reconnect of your router and this should resolve the problem.

We'll keep this service status open overnight to monitor the situation and will provide an update if required.
