Access to online services and sites - UPDATE

This is an update to yesterday's post regarding issues accessing some online sites and services.

Further to this post, we're aware that this morning (15th July) some customers are experiencing issues accessing most sites and may be receiving errors stating that 'DNS resolution failed' or similar.

Our engineers are currently investigating and we'll provide a further update as it's available.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing.
