Access to online services and sites - UPDATE

This is an update to the earlier post regarding connection problems and issues accessing online sites and services.

We've identified and resolved this morning's issue causing the majority of the connection problems and DNS errors.

There are some customers may still be experiencing issues when attempting to access some sites and services.

Our engineers are currently investigating these remaining issues and we'll provide a further update as it's available.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing.
