This is an update to the earlier post regarding customers experiencing problems when attempting to browse to websites or access online services.

Although the symptoms are similar to the problems reported over the last few days, upon investigation we believe this issue to be unrelated.

Our engineers are investigating and we'll provide an update on this later today.
