This is an update to the recent posts regarding Third party connection issues.

We have been informed that Microsoft are investigating an issue, this is causing some customers using Windows 8 & 10 to experience difficulty connecting to the Internet. We have been advised that rebooting your PC should fix the issue. For more information please visit Microsoft's support pages at
